Our physicians see residents in our onsite Wellness Center, which houses fully equipped exam rooms and physician offices.
Mark Pass, M.D.
Dr. Pass is a Geriatrician practicing in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
Dr. Pass practices as the Chief of the Department of Geriatrics at both Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Ocean Medical Center, and is a faculty member of the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, Rowan School of Medicine, Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine. He is actively involved in teaching students, residents, and fellows with these institutions.
His has offices located in Marlboro and Lakewood, and he currently serves as Medical Director of Hackensack Meridian Health Subacute Rehabilitation at Wall and Ocean Grove, and as a Medical Director for Hackensack Meridian Health Hospice.
Jessica Miller, M.D.
Dr. Jessica S. Miller, M.D. is a board certified Physiatrist who specializes in Integrative and Functional Medicine, using a holistic approach to treat her patients. She received her M.D. from New York Medical College in 2000. She then completed her residency training at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2004. After graduating from her residency program, Dr. Miller joined the faculty of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor for 5 years. She then transitioned into private practice.
Dr. Miller moved back to New Jersey in 2009 and joined a private practice. Throughout her years working as a physician, Dr. Miller spent many additional hours learning about the benefits of a more holistic practice model of medicine. She graduated from a 2-year Integrative Medicine fellowship under the supervision of Andrew Weil, M.D. at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 2018.
In addition to her formalized Integrative Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Miller completed a fellowship in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is now a certified Functional Medicine practitioner. Dale Bredesen, M.D. has also certified her on the Recode Protocol, a protocol that successfully reverses Dementia and Cognitive Decline in patients with mild to moderate impairments.
Dr. Miller has started her own private medical practice. She sees private patients suffering from multiple disease states and incorporates a holistic approach into her traditional Western medical treatment plan, including but not limited to evaluation and remediation of environmental toxins, optimizing gut health, stress management techniques, botanical and nutritional supplementation, essential oils, energy medicine, the role of individualized genetics, appropriate physical activity implementation and the importance of family and social support networks. While classically trained, Dr. Miller is open-minded and willing to listen to her patient’s wants and needs in order to optimize their health and well-being.
